Really great and simple teaching that wasn’t intimidating at all. It was pretty casual and the course was simple and done easily for me. Stuart was very patient and friendly with everyone especially international students.

I recently completed my Bartending course at CHT. The instructor Stuart is an absolute legend and is extremely good at his craft. Learnt so much and had heaps of fun. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants to add bartending skills to their resume.

The course was genuinely thorough and well thought out, especially with Stuart as the trainer. He didn't just stick to the basics he actually took the time to understand where I'd be working, and even broke down the menu so I could step into the job feeling prepared rather than just “certified.” That level of detail made the whole experience feel really tailored and practical. Even after the course finished, the support didn’t just disappear, which I really appreciated.The RSA training with Rob was just as strong .The way everything was delivered made it easy to stay engaged. It never felt passive you’re encouraged to participate, think, answer, and actually be part of the learning rather than just sitting there absorbing information.Overall, it was an amazing experience.

just did my barista master course here, extremely fun. The instructor Pierre was very amazing, we all have our own machine and space to practice.I did the course on weekends, and the class was around 8 people. Love the atmosphere and people there.Definitely would recommend this course <3

Nice clean classrooms, and the instructor Rob was fantastic, he made sure everyone understood, was patient and created a relaxed atmosphere for learning. He made sure we could complete the training properly and on time. In addition ha has a lot of real life examples from his professional experience on what to do and what not to do which helps to illustrate the theory of the course.

I recently completed the RSA certification training here and it was an excellent experience.
